How do I find a doctor or dentist on the Network?

Episodic has a large network of doctors and dentists available nationwide. You can search for a provider in your area by using the network search tool on our Network page.

You can use this tool to search for:

• doctor or a dentist
• providers in your area by specifying your address
• providers by name or practice code
